Buildertrend
Construction management for home builders and remodelers with scheduling, selections, client portal, estimating and bid requests.
What sets it apart
Estimating, takeoff and bid requests are reported not to start until the middle Advanced plan, so the real entry price for bidding is that tier. Sources disagree on the figure: $499 per month billed annually against $799 billed monthly. All plans include unlimited users, and onboarding is reported at $500 to $2,000 extra in year one.
